I have had bad experience dealing with this member to get a report. When I asked him how much it cost, he told me $5 so I sent it as payment (instead of friends & family) as I don't have Paypal balance to send. He sent me PM back saying I sent you the Carfax report (which I never got) but I would need $6 if sending it as payment. I replied to him that I didn't get the report yet and if he is expecting $6 then he can issue refund to send him $6, then he disappeared for 3 hours then came back saying we are in pandemic situation (I don't even know why he asked for $5 if he cannot provide this service because he is busy) and I don't have time to reply to you and claimed again that he sent the report already. I asked him to just issue refund then 2 hours later he issued refund and saying I do reports for 1000 member a week and don't need your service..bla bla blah
What's funny is its only $5 and wasted 6 hours waiting for his mercy to give me the report.
