Shock or shock mount I think, because over bumps. Or broken spring common salt driven bmw problem with the captive lower couple of coils that sit in the grit and salt that gets caught in the spring pocket on the lca. Pa makes me think snow and 200k makes me think this is a year round DD?

Lower bushing on shocks where it meets the lca is integral to the shocks and made of rubber

A spherical lower on one of my McS shocks did this exact thing over slight bumps.
