** I am currently lowered on B&G S2 Springs (E92 M3 with EDC, not competition pack.) So with the above being said, I should be able to run 19x10" ET25 squared without rubbing - but what tires could I run? Generally speaking.. I know different brand tires will have slightly different size variation in the same specs, but what are some tire sizes I would be safe going with?

I would be encouraging of 275/30/19 sizing to avoid rubbing at steering lock. On 10" width I have run 265/30 (PSC2, too short) and 275/30 (PS4S, slightly short.) IMO 275/30 is better fitting on 9.5" width.
