5mm spacers will provide adequate clearance for KW variants or clubsports, but the sleeve kit requires a touch more room (about 8mm IIRC).
With that said, the 19x10" ET25 up front will clear stock suspension with lowering springs, as well as many aftermarket coilovers.

Please read my above post, there was a member here that ran bbs ch, 19 x 10 et. 20 on kw sleeve over kit, that didn’t experience any rubbing on perch, could it be because of different design of wheel? Bbs ch vs oem 359 wheel?
