Generally speaking - yes. If you drive highway miles (get the motor warmed up) and use a good grade of gasoline (not Costco) with good detergent additives, you don't need a professional injection cleaning. If you feel the need, try a can or two of Techtron (?) in your gas tank. The dealer that I used in CT would add a can of this (BMW brand is the same) once a year.
