So, yes, it is possible to have at least the front end higher than stock height.

Only problem with adjusting it repeatedly, is that it is recommended to have an alignment done with each adjustment - not the most convenient, but recommended.
Spot on, anytime the suspension is change (coilovers) an alignment is recommended.
