you mentioned florida sun and headliner falling.... naturally one wonders what condition the CF roof is in. if the gel coat is failing and peeling off then you're in big trouble.... rock chip in it bothers me too. otherwise IMO 30-31 is the sweet spot considering headliner issue and bumper damage which is kinda offset by rod bearing job if you can prove it has been done. you could even spend a grand to respray front and rear bumpers to make it more attractive
