The battery life has something to do with iOS5.
I've had my iPhone 4 since it came out and the battery has been very good to me.
Ever since I downloaded the iOS5, I've noticed a significant decrease in my battery usage time. It seems like slight decrease in efficiency if I could throw a number out there.
I don't mind because it stays charged for me all day.
