I think it would be best to find a lawyer who practices in the same jurisdiction as the court that you will be appearing for trial. It might even be worth a day off to travel back up there and talk to a lawyer face-to-face before the trial. In fact, do this as soon as possible.

I actually believe the OP was going 122 mph, not 122 over, as 187 mph on public highways is a bit hard to believe, even if the top speed limiter were removed.
