The 255/35 tires you have are 1.1% taller than the OE 245/35 tire. More than likely no combination of spacer or alignment will completely alleviate rubbing issues as a result. I'd say the best choice is to go down to a smaller tire sidewall profile.
100% this! tire is too tall. i have 245/35/19 et22 on my front no rubbing. factory suspension.
