If you're using multi-stage paint, you'll have a Jerez Black base coat and then you'll have to spray a clear coat over the top. If you use a single stage like a gloss paint in a spray can, you don't need the clear coat over it. I'm not sure about the paint code selection, but any PPG vendor should be able to look it up for you without trouble.
Unless you find it in an aerosol spray can, it does require equipment like a spray gun and compressor.
