You probably won't find many on here who will recommend a single stage gloss black paint for jerez. Since it's a small trim piece, it's understandable that the $200 sounds high, but from a shop perspective the effort in the job isn't going to be much less than a single panel.
Unless there is a single stage Jerez out there somewhere, you'll need to have it painted and then cleared with actual Jerez Black paint. As far as brands go, PPG is always my go-to.
