One addition for you, which you actually already have linked in your ZF oil pdf .
Castrol Syntrans B 75W is a direct replacement for LTF 2, and was originally the recommended oil by BMW, Castrol's data sheet still shows this.
Also the oil's viscosity ratings exactly match Castrol BOT 338's oil as shown in their SDS pdf, section 9.1 and listed in the ZF TE-ML 11 pdf.
Currently, the cheapest place to buy 1 ltr bottles of these in the UK is Broughton Lubricants, followed closely by Opie oils.

Btw, where did you see that MTF LT5 is the current recommended oil for the M3s? I thought it was still MTF LT2? At least that's what newTIS says....
