I wouldn't repair it. It's good that the wheel bent rather than breaking (very dangerous). However, to fix it, it needs to be bent back. Ever bent a soda can back and forth a few times? It gets weaker and weaker each time until it breaks. Get a new wheel (or two) IMO.
