The ZCP wheels will happily take the 255/275 combo you mention.
The Michelin PS4s is wonderful and is pretty much impossible to beat. For less money the ECS is pretty decent as well.
I run the ECS on my X5 and the PS4s on my E92 M3
If you are experienced and actually will do multiple track days a year you may want to just buy some RE71Rs and mount them on your ZCP wheels. Great track tire with as-good-as-it-gets street manners.
If you are a beginning stick to the PS4s
