For invoice prices, you should go to Edmunds.com & build the car. It will list the invoice & MSRP prices. For the ED price, if you can't find MY10 pricing, I would suggust using the 09 pricing. For me buying a US spec car in Germany, the base price dropped $1,850 from MY09 to MY10. Of course unless you can get it under invoice, negotiate up from invoice as opposed down from MSRP. GL
