Sam Smith wrote a great article in Roundel last month about this.

Agreed, M means much more than slapping a turbo on an otherwise stock engine. I hope they at least try to make them special.

As others have said - its becoming M for Marketing instead of M for Motorsports. We can draw a direct line from the F1 program to the M5.

What kind of line gets us from the F1 program to the X6.

Has Mercedes added something to the water supply in Munich? Like crack?
