For your question on fitment, I'm running the same exact spec wheels right now. However, my tire sizes are different and I'm able to still tuck. No gap like your pictures below.

I'm running 285/30 rear; 255/35 front. So slightly stretched.

I believe you can run 295/30 at the rear with some rubbing on the bumper tab. But that will take care of itself over time. Front you can probably run 265/30 or maybe even 275/30 with camber.

It just depends on the look you want. I personally like the combination of slight stretch (not meaty) and tucked (I can't stand wheel gap.)
