Nobody else has mentioned your issue specifically. Yours are pretty far off. Unless your car has prior or existing damage that has changed the component's positions, I think you need to slide the front of the tray further up into the bumper cover. It's supposed to be tight as you install. Also check your oil cooler airflow diverter to make sure its not broken, especially where it mounts (a common area for them to break).
