It may be "safe" but the OC seems to be filled with "haters". I know Californians have a reputation for being "laid back" but having lived and traveled all over this country, my observation is that Californians are actually some of the most uptight people in the country. I know that sounds like an unfair generalization, but it's just one guy's opinion.
