There are a couple 08's with manual transmissions and mileage in the 70-85k range priced at $24-25k. With your mileage I'd guess you'd be in the low $20's. Based on the feedback I get from dealers selling these when I ask about the rod bearings, it sounds like pretty much everyone ask about the bearings within the first 2 minutes of looking at the car. If you have that done it likely adds a couple grand in value to a higher mileage model.
