Normal.
My 2010 M3 was always pegged at 210. Almost thought it wasn't working.
My 2011 M3 moves a lot more from just under 210 to halfway between 210 and third dot. Maybe it runs a bit hotter?
Under track conditions temps got higher. I forget how high, but drops quickly after cool down laps.
