This made me chuckle.
When I bought my E92 M3 in 2010, I thought that I had purchased God's car. And despite being bone stock, the whole process was exhilirating ...
And then - well, like you, I discovered motherf@cking M3 Post and realized that I was merely driving a "Civic." All of a sudden, I noticed how clunky and understated the stock exhaust was - the engine - once a high-revving destroyer of souls (haha) - now lacked the requisite "oomph" factor that I was looking for. And so the modding began. Is it necessary? Almost certainly not. But this God-forsaken website has an annoying way of planting the seed ... (it's probably subsidized by BMW dealerships and performance shops everywhere
)
