OSS will work for 2011, but that's because they modify your stock headlights. They take them apart, replace the ring with LED rings, and then put them back together and ship them back to you. The cost of OSS are around the 1k mark all said and done. As far as plug and play options go, from what I heard regarding LED's, AiB's probably work for 2011 M3's (I know they've been installed on 2010's and they're no different), but Lux do not. For HID's, the Alpine kit will probably work, since I know they've been installed on 2010's as well. The simplest option will be a pair of 8,500k GP Thunders, which cost 25 bucks and will come out pretty white, and those work. They will not come out as clean as those OSS's though. Bavarian Technic (sp?) came out with a LED kit like OSS recently, Called Lite System 3? They might be worth looking at as well.
AiB's cover all e92 models (2007-2011) with no issues.
