This whole thread DID get me to drop into the local BMW lot, and check out the new M3 (even a 4 door!), it's certainly better up close and personal. Almost had me driving home in a 2005 off-lease 323i to replace the 318i that belongs to the Mrs., but cooler heads prevailed.
She did like that M3 4 door, though...
