I'm a member on that site, there are also a lot of LEO's, lawyers and loads of people who deal and help out with tickets. I've found the info great.
and the website & folks often quote legislation, to help people out.
Of course there is no need for you to check it out if your cool on looking up legislation, however, some interpretations of the reg's does need a professional eye and some folks may not know how or what.
