Gotta say, I love the fact that you guys are posting up mileage details, driver diligence re: warm up, etc, and pics of the OEM bearings. Keep it up!
With reference to the bearings with excessive wear and/or surface scoring, have you recommended any changed cranks due to same?
If not, what is your process to inspect the crank when face does with a similar situation? Is it just a visual? A magnified visual? Or is crank 'damage' not really a concern as the rod bearings are sacrificial 'wear' items?
