Sounds like the supercharger is touching something. The clearances are very tight. I would look around the SC and the bracket and make sure its not touching part of the car (body of the car). Some areas to look are around the SC next to the wheel well and between the SC and the hood. Check the hood for signs of contact from the SC. Also, the coolant line should have been shifted lower in the engine bay. If it wasn't the SC could be riding on it.
