i don't even know where pelham is! i'm near mineola/hew hyde park/garden city/westbury area of nassau cnty... my plates are texas and now say "321 GO" and i have 20% tints
i know a guy with a white isf in bk near park slope but i think he's in bx once in a while and he has works 20" rims, one who goes to hofstra with blacked out tail lights, and one near elmont/hempstead, stock...
did that license plate say seeram as it blew by? if so, it's been reported as stolen on clublexus
