Out-of-the-gate Black was an early leader - but FR has assumed a commanding lead.
Which makes me posit this: some FR detractors say that it's a negative for re-sale... but I think the M3 buyer is less conservative / more aggressive than the equivalent 3er, 5er etc punter. Ergo, I think FR is a sales
advantage.
In fact, when I thought about new vs used I went new for I wanted to avoid the risk of not getting my spec + FR. Maybe I needn't have worried?
