Take the MAF sensor out and clean it. They sell a MAF cleaner in a spray can. Just make sure that you don't touch the metal wire (that is the sensor) let it dry a little and install. Try that first. Do you have an oiled air filter? It usually happens if you put too much oil on your air filter. The sensor gets coated with the oil. If it doesn't fix it, you might have to get a new sensor.
