It will fit, but there will be gaps. I believe tischer has promo pics of it attached to an e93 that shows the gaps.

no, it will
not fit on the e93 with no issue.
Go with the duke dynamics spoiler (the first images posted on the white and blue m3) or something smaller with the jl motoring
