Mine is vert. And thank good. Otherwise I wouldn't drive it compared to my f80. There would be literally no circumstance where I'd drive an e46 over a f80

Blame your US spec
We got the euro spec and it sounded as intended
Likewise we got the euro spec e36, and the s50 performed as intended
