It is possible for the dealer to program mileage I suppose, because what if a cluster or
-PCM (powertrain module) needed to be replaced, at some point somebody should be able to write into the modules (with special authority, footprints, and signatures left behind).
-Another possibility that they updated some sort of sw, ad as part of the learning/adaptation process it rolls back the odo 1 mile, and bumps up the fuel tank.... who knows!
Last but not least, are you sure you got the same car back? lol
