MidLifeM3 That is awesome to hear as this is the route I will most likely be going. It's a street car with maybe 2 track days per year like you. Sounds like the perfect upgrade to factory springs and EDC shocks. I'll probably get camber plates and go a hair more aggressive on alignment. Figured why not since it's more of a weekend car than a daily.

Please keep us updated in a few months with long-term experience.

How deep down the rabbit hole do you want to go hahaha. But in all seriousness, depends. If your at 150k miles on factory components, perhaps a full overhaul including control arms, all bushings, etc. Otherwise, check the bushings while it's all apart and replace what is needed. Sway bar links are common. It's a very open ended question with an open ended answer.
