That sounds about right OP... I'm in DFW, Texas and run right about that temp anytime it's about 95 and above ambient in stop n go ... freeway run, it's a tad bit lower. When Bmw was with castrol .. on the OEM castrol 10w60 it used to run a hair bit cooler. Since Bmw switched to shell I've noticed that it runs a bit hotter both in summer n winter
