Oh, I get it - by "$5th" rick berry meant $
5 thousand ($5000). I.e. the price, not the name of the package.
That's a good deal vs. a standard individual order. Of course, to get that price, you are limited to just those few colors. And the level of exclusivity is probably not going to be quite so high.
