Yes, the HRE R40 is available with the tined brushed aluminum finish with clear coat. Unfortunately no pictures are available yet of the R40 in this finish. Here's a picture of the tinted brushed finish on the P40S to give you an idea.
Yes, you can run 18x10 square setup on the E9X M3 no problem, I suggest 275/35/18 tires all around.
