Sorry... didn't realize that you posted your screenshots... I thought they were still mine.
SO..I think you're on to something now... Looking at YOUR screenshot, Under Safety, you have DWA - ALARM... I do NOT have that in mine.. So now I'm really confused... in my VO under CAS... I have $302 Alarm System...

I would "rewrite" it to the VO and save it to the CAS and FRM.
If you haven't coded anything yet with Protool, check out this video. Skip to about 5:40. At around 9:40 changing the VO is shown.
