I have his tune and had a big name tune on one of my previous e92. Alex tune is at least on par or better than tunes that cost twice as much.
But what you get from alex is not only the fantastic value of his tune, but also his dedicated support. He was literally one text away whenever I needed help. And I needed help more times than I should have.
You will not have this level of support from other big name tuners. And Alex texted me to see if I wanted an update every time there was a breakthrough in a new file.
Anyone on the fence will have no regrets. He truly treated me like a customer.
