OP, would you happen to know the firmware version of your CIC unit? Guide is for CICs with firmware C1A (most recent).

Thanks for your feedback and the info, I'm sure prospective buyers will appreciate it. I am honestly not sure which firmware version the unit has as I'm not much of tech guy.
