Yep, on climate: Sth Central TX is
but
hot in summer. Why retirees are moving into the Hill Country.
And yep on CA. Lovely State but has issues ... TX's popn has grown from ~ 20m in 2000 to 24m+ in 2008. And the influx has accelerated lately w/ the economy and its asymmetrical impact.
Good place to live: and not from here.
