Once, a while ago, I had a full leather interior installed in an Acura from an installer a dealer recommended, it was tucked and stitched completely like factory. (Dealer had a cloth car and I wanted leather). I'm getting a MR car with the red/black interior and would love to do deviated stitching in red. I will really take a look at some auto upholsters. The deviated stitching is taking the old stitching out and replacing it in the exact same holes. Really a basic hand job that doesn't take a rocket scientist, just a craftsman. Should be doable for WAY less than $2k.
