Obviously you got a great deal but you can't compare the everyday consumer's deal to yours
End of the day you're getting an additional 5k off the car.
It's a 36mo lease on 10k miles.
The average rate I've seen around here for a 36mo 12k lease is around ~$1250. Anything below $1100 sounds like a good deal to me without any money down.
