I had a headlight leveling problem in my 530i for 6 months. I brought it in 4 times and all they did each time was readjust the headlight. After the 5th time I got so fed up I yelled at the manager and he promised to have it fixed. Turns out the assembly was BROKEN. It doesn't end there however, they replaced the headlight assembly with the euro unit so the turn signal is amber instead of clear.
