I would imagine at high speeds for the car to roll and spring/shocks to compress potentially causing it to rub the fender but this is at low speed turns (like speeds driving through a parking structure).

Do you mind if I state the obvious? You have a bigger wheel and a bigger tire than the space that was designed for a smaller wheel and a smaller tire. I'm not a professional "pimp your car" installer but I have gut feeling that's what it is
