You might want to try another browser or go to their main page here,
http://www.2wglobal.com/www/WEP/index.jsp, and under track and trace click the all users button.
That might bring it up.
If you want and feel comfortable you can send me your VIN # and I can check for you. The site seems to load for me using firefox and chrome. I've had trouble loading it in IE though.
I hope your car is on the ship though!
