[_BSMM5]

I've been in an M5 doing 150+ and had lights come up way behind us (maybe 1500 ft back)... pushed it up to 170, lights disappeared and 3 minutes later took the second exit after a large interchange and stopped for gas. We never realized it when we passed him, and nothing on radar (maybe he was on a side road), but the lights eventually disappeared. Rumor is that the police in our city have a do not pursue policy above certain speeds unless a helo is present.

I wasn't driving of course, and encouraged my friend to slow down. Speeds like that are only for the track!!!
