The Karbonius box has different trumpets than the stock one but they aren't specifically optimized for the stroker. BTW I was able to compare an E46 CSL replica airbox vs the Karbonius version last night and holy moly... what a difference

Karbonius is the best of the reps for sure-- and by no small margin. It's also great that they're continually updating/improving the box over time, as they find areas that can be made better!
Which other rep box did you see?
... that said, I'm pretty pleased with my OEM CSL airbox
