Melted brake caliper paint
I painted my OEM brake calipers blue with G2 caliper paint a few years ago to match the color of my car. It looked great but I have since decided to paint them black for a more stealthy look. I pulled the wheels off the car recently to give them a full cleaning and fresh coat of wax. I noticed that some of the blue caliper paint had melted and dripped onto the inside barrels of the wheels. This must have happened a while ago (probably from a track day) as I repainted the calipers black in May. Anybody have any ideas on how to get this off my wheels without damaging the finish on the wheels?
